The objective of RESISTIVE ECONOMY overall policies is creating appropriate environment for Iran’s ECONOMY movement on a sustainable growth path. Planning based RESISTIVE ECONOMY require to be dealt with Any disruptive factor for sustainable growth and plan strategies to be chosen so that minimize risks and uncertainties relevant to achieve to its goals. Survey about performance of Iran’s ECONOMY show that moreover, low mean of performance key variables, Iran’s ECONOMY has high volatilities. The base of low performance and its volatility return to two main factors, namely inappropriate ECONOMY policies and so impulses derived external sanctions. The common mode of the factors, namely inappropriate ECONOMY policies and impulses derive in how use of oil resources. Dependence on government revenue and so foreign exchange earnings to oil revenues and its crude sale is the main problem of Iran and until a solution isn’t found for that, unsustainability in Iran’s ECONOMY will continue. The purpose of this study was to find a long-term solution to reduce dependence on oil revenues in 6th development plan or use of RESISTIVE ECONOMY strategies. Regarding to world oil outlook, use of oil in sectors such as transportation, industry especially petrochemical, household/ commercial/ agriculture consumptions and power generation instead of crude oil sale, can be resolve the problem.

RESISTIVE ECONOMY seeks the simultaneous realization of growth, justice, economic resilience, and spirituality. The central question of this paper is that, the realization of these goals requires which kind of economic culture? According to the hypothesis of the article, jihadi economic culture is the only culture that can provide the ground for achieving the goals of RESISTIVE ECONOMY at the same time. Using an analytical method and while explaining the insight and tendency components of jihadi economic culture, this paper studies the effect of jihadi economic culture on achieving the goals of RESISTIVE ECONOMY. The findings show that the general belief in the existence of belonging to God, the trustworthiness of property, God's all-sustaining, the system of reward and punishment in this world and the hereafter and vulnerability to internal and external enemies are among the insight components of jihadi economic culture. This system of monotheistic belief institutionalizes the tendency components of jihadi economic culture, such as doing economic activity in the way of God and for God, priority of public interests over individual interests, rejection of domination, hard work in seeking a lawful and good sustenance, consumption at a sufficient level with the priority of consuming domestic products and giving alms in the way of God with the priority of empowering the deprived ones. Theoretical and practical evidence suggests that jihadi economic culture leads to the synergy of growth and justice, and economic resistance, and strengthens the spirituality and sovereignty of Islamic values.

The knowledge-based ECONOMY is considered as one of the important concepts that has been given special attention in the above-mentioned legal documents of the I. R. Iran, including the general policies of the RESISTIVE ECONOMY. Knowledge-based ECONOMY is a basic need for developing countries such as Iran. Avoiding a knowledge-based ECONOMY greatly reduces competitiveness. Economics based on science and knowledge leads to the sustainable growth and development of society and ultimately the realization of a RESISTIVE ECONOMY. Due to the importance of knowledge-based ECONOMY in the development of the country, the purpose of this study is to "study the current and favorable situation of Iran's ECONOMY based on knowledge-based ECONOMY-RESISTIVE ECONOMY". The type of research is applied-developmental in terms of purpose. Also, in order to determine the current and favorable situation of Iran's ECONOMY based on knowledge-based ECONOMY-RESISTIVE ECONOMY, a questionnaire was developed and analyzed using SPSS software and inferential statistics. The results showed that the situation of the variables "economic and institutional regime", " Information and communication technology" and " RESISTIVE ECONOMY" in Iran in general does not have the desired average. However, the results show that the variables " educated and skilled population" and " innovation system " in Iran have a favorable average. To show the gap between the current and favorable situation of knowledge-based ECONOMY-RESISTIVE ECONOMY variables in Iran, two-sample t-test was used, which according to the results, there is a significant difference between the current and favorable situation of all variables.

The aim of this study was to recontextualize the RESISTIVE ECONOMY as a behavioral system. This research was a qualitative project case study based on context or recontextualization and is placed among the basic researches based on its goal and has been done using thematic analysis method. The study population consisted of all the supreme leader’ s statements in the scope of RESISTIVE ECONOMY and thematic analysis has been done based on recontextulization on these documents. In order to authenticate the validity of research data concepts such as credibility, trustworthiness, and defensibility have been used. Research findings indicate that recontextualizing the RESISTIVE ECONOMY as a behavioral system could be explained in the form of conceptual, structural, and functional themes. Henceforth, conceptual dimension includes components such as comprehending the concept of RESISTIVE ECONOMY, purpose, necessities, and strategies. In the structural dimension components such as strategic orientation, organizational design and cultural context are important. Finally, in functional dimension components including main activities (central), contextualizing activities and performance considerations are explained. According to the Supreme Leader's emphasis on the implementation of RESISTIVE ECONOMY pattern and the need for functional patterns application in order to save the country’ s ECONOMY and on the other hand, due to the relative weakness of existing patterns in present research, practical implications of the findings have been discussed.

This article studies the effects of corruption on the endogenous aspects of the Iranian ECONOMY. After reviewing the literature and major theoretical studies on resilient ECONOMY, it demonstrates two indexes to describe the endogenous aspects of the Iranian ECONOMY. The simple index relates to the non-oil growth in the Iranian ECONOMY. The article also proposes a composite index to show how corruption contributes to the resilience of the ECONOMY. the proposed index consists of the portion of the budget deficit, tax revenues and oil income in the whole government budget. It concludes that in the non-oil economic growth model, the estimated elasticity of simple index of the endogenous ECONOMY to corruption index in the Period 1981-2013 is significant with a negative coefficient of 0.12 percentages. Additionally, by using the composite index as a dependent variable, the elasticity would be significant with a negative coefficient of 0.76 percentages.

Family as a small unit of a community has a pivotal role in economic growth and development of society. Therefore its quantity and consumption patterns and saving have significant impact on economic circle. Because consumption is considered the goal of production and contribution, every change in it can have a crucial influence on other macroeconomic variables such as saving and investment. The principle factors of consumption (which are the level of consumption, combination of consumer goods and consumption patterns) is formed in the family realm , because family is the first training site of human sources .Whereas the consumption culture accompanies with waste -profligacy -(tabdhir) and extravagant consumption (israf) ,therefore, improvement in family consumption patterns is inevitable because of its long distinction with reasonable consumption patterns in the RESISTIVE ECONOMY and its in harmony with obligations of consumption patterns which have been considered in Islamic society. This research is going to prove this hypothesis which there is a meaningful relation between consumption patterns and family saving and the RESISTIVE ECONOMY. The findings state that if consumption patterns are compatible with the country production patterns they will be consistent with the RESISTIVE ECONOMY and if they are not compatible with the national production patterns they will act anti- RESISTIVE ECONOMY. Because the present family consumption patterns and achieving the suitable-fair- family consumption patterns have been shaped or are shaped by beliefs and values realm, strengthening the religious beliefs and using Islamic teachings which are related to consumption can be more effective. In short times through strengthening investment opportunities in order to attract small savings with advertisement for its positive impacts on ECONOMY in order to reduce consumption and increase saving.

In The past recent years, no economic concept more than “RESISTIVE ECONOMY” has gained attention and has been the subject of deep and intense discussions. The buzzword “RESISTIVE ECONOMY” is a new term in the Iranian economic literature that fist coined by the Supreme Leader in 1389. Ever since there is considerable ambiguity among economists, politicians, and the public about, what precisely is meant by the notion of RESISTIVE ECONOMY, how can it be achieved, and how it relates to stable long run economic growth. This article, based on what is said about RESISTIVE ECONOMY by the Supreme Leader, conclude that conceptually it is very close to economic resilience plus economic stability. Some measures that can be taken to achieve economic resilience together with economic stability are also discussed in the article.

Over recent years (rigorously in 1395 & 1396), RESISTIVE ECONOMY has introduced an appropriate pattern to overcome the general challenges of the country although its movement dates back to 1388 (August, 2012) when the credo of „correcting consumption pattern‟ initiated the proceedings (1).By its international definition, RESISTIVE ECONOMY is a way "to circumvent sanctions against a country or region experiencing sanctions, which involves raising resilience or substituting local inputs for imported inputs" (2).

Economic outcomes of direct and indirect effects of sport in development have attracted much attention to this industry. In line with other fields, it is a necessity to strive for RESISTIVE ECONOMY policy in difficult conditions in order to convert threats into opportunities. Knowing that this fact requires a roadmap for the implementation of RESISTIVE ECONOMY in sport, the present study aimed at explaining the implementation of RESISTIVE ECONOMY in sport industry. Using qualitative content analysis method, in-depth interviews with experts in the field of ECONOMY and sports were explored. 17 elites and experts of sport ECONOMY and university professors who were selected by purposive sampling method were referred to. According to the results, a three-level model including infrastructure optimization, retrofitting, and salience was proposed to implement RESISTIVE ECONOMY in the sport industry. Based on the results, it is necessary to focus on subjective goals in policy-making of implementing RESISTIVE ECONOMY in sport and attempt should be made to act in a balanced way. Therefore, policies should be developed and implemented so that objectives of infrastructure optimization, retrofitting and salience can be realized and RESISTIVE ECONOMY policy can be implemented in sport industry and environmental requirements can be met proactively.
